ABOUT ME
After practicing law for 20 years, in 2025, I have established my own law practice with an aim to provide top-level legal advice with a personal in-formal touch.
Prior to establishing my own firm, I worked in leading law firms as well as in-house legal counsel in business groups, thus developing a diverse ability in both the legal and business worlds.

I have extensive experience in the field of commercial law in all its aspects. I represent companies in a wide variety of fields, including start-up companies in the field of technology and life sciences, investment funds, retail companies, and traditional industrial and commercial companies.

As part of my activities at the firm, I advise the firm’s clients in both their ongoing business activities and in complex transactions such as M&A transactions, financing rounds, JV agreements and other collaborations, technology commercialization agreements, and more.

I have unique expertise in the regulation of cannabis and other mind-altering substances (such as psilocybin) and advises several companies in this field in their activities in Israel and abroad.
